Ordering Information
To place an order, please give us a call at 303-762-8196. We are available to take your phone order or provide technical assistance weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Mountain Time.

Payment Options
Personal Check, Money Order or Certified Check: We will process your order within 2 working days of receipt of your order and payment. Please do not send cash.


Credit card: We accept MasterCard and VISA. Card payments can be processed over the phone or submitted with your faxed or mailed order. We simply need the name as it appears on the card, the billing address of the card, your account number, and card’s expiration date.


COD: The COD payment option is not available to first time customers. A handling fee of $10.00 per box will be charged for COD shipments. The COD payment option is not available for orders outside the United States.

All ORders Must Be Paid In U.S. Funds.

Shipping Information
We Ship All Orders Within The Continental United States Via UPS Ground. Stock Orders Are Shipped Within 2 Working Days Of Receipt Of Your Order And Payment. Any Special Orders Are Shipped Upon Completion Of The Fabrication. Shipping Time Varies Based On Your Proximity To Our Shop. Shipments Outside The Continental United States Will Be Shipped Per Customer Instructions.


Priority shipping via Priority UPS shipping is available for an additional charge. Please contact MPG Customer Service for specifics.

From time to time demand on some items exceeds the stock on hand. If the item is part of a larger order, we will process your payment but we will cover the additional shipping charges required to send the backordered item separately. It will be fabricated and shipped out as soon as possible.

Returns / Replacements

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Do not accept the shipment if it is damaged.


If you receive an item that you did not order or an item that is defective, contact MPG Customer Service before returning it. When returning the item, print and fill out the MPG Head Service Return Form and include the completed form in the box. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid. No COD’s are accepted. Our technical staff will inspect the returned item. If it is defective or the incorrect item due to an error by MPG Head Service, you will be credited for the ground shipping charges. If you are returning an item that you ordered by mistake, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.


MPG Heads Inc. will replace at no charge any part if it is found not to be of the ordered specifications. This replacement offer is good ONLY IF the part has not been used, assembled, installed or altered. This replacement policy is not a warranty either expressed or implied.
